This past weekend, the event 'Social Work & Beyond' was a remarkable gathering that left everyone feeling inspired and uplifted.  Meeting people within the profession who share the same views as you felt quite encouraging. The event featured a panel discussion with social workers from various fields who shared their journeys, experiences, and insights.

I sat there quite encouraged to see how the profession has evolved and saw a glimpse of hope for future social workers to come. It’s about coming together to build strong communities, finding your tribe and being able take the world.

It was encouraging to see social workers there with their mentees or people from their respective communities that they are currently building.
